Amazing and delicious and fantastic prices I truly love this bakery

I was born in HK so I really wanted to like this place. Unfortunately the bakery appeared to be a lot of dilapidated than shown in the picture. It was dimly lit, and the food just wasn’t fresh. The pineapple bun, a classic measurement of a Cantonese style bakery’s chop, was soggy and tasteless. Worst of all, they are cash only. Which to me is unacceptable at the time I’m writing this during the height of the pandemic. This bakery did not do HK style any justice.

Not impressed with the service or the staff. Recommend going elsewhere. 👎

A hidden gem of a bakery serving up great Chinese buns, pastries, pies, cookies and other goodies. A non-pretentious no frills pla e but their baked products, prices and service is top notch. Got tipped off by a friend who works in Chinatown, once tried, good for return visits kind of place. A gem! Amituofo! 😊🌺🙏

Love this place - very authentic Hong Kong style buns! Love their cha chiu (BBQ pork) bun and cocktail bun. So delicious and great value for money. I really miss this place now as I no longer live in this neighborhood, but I will go back whenever I have the chance. Be there early as a lot of buns run out in the afternoon.This place is closed on Sundays.

Best jelly donuts ! Great pies & Chinese buns

Don't be deceived by the store front, this is a superb bakery! They have all sort of buns, pie, cookies and they are amazing! The cost of won't break your wallet too. But prepare your cash because they don't accept card payments. Located on E Hastings, not a lot of Vancouverites know about this place.

The buns here are amazing and are really well priced. Definitely would recommend trying it out and to make sure you head there before all the good stuff sells out.

The delicious smell just outside the door gets me every time! This bakery has a quiet appearance but the quality speaks volumes, and at very affordable prices too.

Bakery sells out of the good buns very fast, which says a lot of about the taste and quality. Oddly, the combination of Chinese and western baked goods sold works well and separates themselves from stereotypical Chinese bakeries.

Excellent bakery; best Portuguese buns in the city. Cinnamon buns are to die for and the filled buns are great. (The spicey pork...mmmmm).A no frills place with lovely staff and killer prices.

This bakery had been around since before my mom was a kid. The store is cash only but it's worth hitting up the bank down the street. The BEST value, best tasting , freshest, lightest pastries. When I go to Vancouver from the other side of canada, this bakery and on lok are the places I make sure to hit up. 24 coconut buns please..

Their pineapple buns are the best! I love their egg tarts.

This place is cheap and affordable. There hotdog buns and pork buns are very delicious. Every time you walk pass the bakery you can smell the buns and it makes me so hungry. Overall great place to get a snack and good service.
